Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service and price

We provide online coaching services. Sessions are delivered online at agreed times. The description, duration, price, currency and taxes are shown on the order page before payment. The checkout price is final.

2. Billing

A payment provider processes payments. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in advance for the selected coaching block. We do not store full card details.

3. Cancellation by you

You may cancel before the first session and request a refund of unused prepaid fees. For individual sessions, cancel at least 24 hours before the start time; later cancellations may be treated as used. Email contact@bookinghgotel.com with your order details.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to provider timelines. We may deduct reasonable costs already incurred where the law allows. This does not limit mandatory rights under Law of Ukraine “Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv” No. 1023-XII.

5. Coaching-block freeze

You may freeze a prepaid coaching block once for up to 30 days by giving notice before the next session. Freeze dates must be agreed in writing. Unused sessions remain available for the agreed period after the freeze.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@bookinghgotel.com or +380 975 915 5030. We respond within 10 business days. If unresolved, contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
