1. Provider and scope
These Terms apply to coaching services ordered on bookinghgotel.com from bookinghgotel.com LLC, EDRPOU 21838050, Business Center Renaissance, 17 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine, contact@bookinghgotel.com, +380 975 915 5030. Under Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII, the service description, price, payment, performance, cancellation terms and complaint procedure are published before you place an order.
2. Coaching blocks
A coaching block is a prepaid package of individual online sessions. The number, length and validity period of the sessions are shown on the order page and in your confirmation email. Sessions are delivered remotely on agreed dates and may not be resold or transferred without our written consent.
3. Booking and payment
Prices are stated in Ukrainian hryvnia and include all applicable taxes; the provider is a single tax payer. A booking is confirmed only after full prepayment, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Session times are reserved once payment is received.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to give accurate contact and booking details, attend sessions on time, use a stable connection, and follow a professional code of conduct. Coaching is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice; you remain responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
5. Cancellation, rescheduling and freezing
You may reschedule or cancel a session at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations or no-shows are treated as delivered. A block may be frozen once for up to 30 days on written request.
6. Refunds
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII, you may withdraw before the first session and receive a full refund. Afterwards, unused sessions are refunded in proportion to services not provided, less any discounts applied. Refunds are made within 14 days to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual property
All materials, recordings and frameworks we supply are for your personal use only. Copying, publishing or distributing them requires our prior written permission.
8. Liability
We do not guarantee specific business or personal results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected block. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Personal data and advertising
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI. Marketing content is clearly marked as advertising under the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR.
10. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@bookinghgotel.com or +380 975 915 5030; we reply within 10 business days. Disputes are resolved under Ukrainian law, first by negotiation, then by the courts of Kyiv.
