Ukraine / 12-week coaching block
The 12-week block suits adults who already train but move without a plan, and who want technique checked by a coach instead of guessed. It also suits people returning after a long break who need structure before intensity.
Fitness coaching is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before starting, especially after injury, illness, or a long period away from training.
Package ledger
Session totals are fixed at the start of a block. Each block carries the intake assessment, technique instruction in every session, and a written summary after each four-week review.
| Package | Sessions | Reviews | Cadence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Foundation block | 12 | 3 | Every 4 weeks |
| Structured block Most chosen | 24 | 6 | Every 4 weeks |
| Full block | 36 | 9 | Every 4 weeks |
Sessions run 60 minutes. Technique instruction covers squat, hinge, press and pull patterns with cues you can repeat alone. Price is quoted after the intro call, once weekly frequency and training location are confirmed. Payment terms: half at block start, balance at week six.
04 Inclusions
Each block runs in the same order, so a review compares like with like instead of guesswork.
Week 0, 60 min
Movement screen, training history, sleep, and available hours, written into a baseline sheet you keep.
Per 4 weeks
Sessions per week, training days, load targets, and the lifts each week is built around.
Every session
Concrete cues for bracing, hinge position, squat depth, and pressing path, then a repeat set to check the fix held.
Every 4 weeks
The same metrics as intake measured again, with the difference shown side by side and read in plain terms.
Same week
One or two variables change at a time, and the change is recorded so the next block starts from evidence.
Coaching is structured exercise guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Speak with a physician before starting, and stop a session if pain changes how you move. Package pricing is confirmed after the intro call.
Next step
Twenty minutes to talk through your training history, weekly availability, and the equipment you can actually reach. You leave with a straight answer on whether a coaching block fits, and a clear quote if it does.
Fitness coaching is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting a new training programme. Review package terms.
